Business Systems ERP Specialist - Leeds/ Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of my clients who are in the market for a Business Systems ERP Specialist to lead the implementation of their 3rd party software replacement system, work with stakeholders and suppliers, and work with the Group Head of IT to ensure that their projects will be delivered on time.

Your responsibilities:
Carry out research on a new company wide ERP.
Oversee the implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
Analyse current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions to meet those requirements.
Develop and maintain reports using SQL, SSRS, Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Provide training to end-users to ensure that they are able to effectively use the new ERP system.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the ERP system, identifying and addressing any issues as needed.

You will have:
Experience in implementing 3rd party software systems
The ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Experience in project management approaches
Business critical infrastructure knowledge
At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Experience with ERP implementation preferred.
A valid driver's license
