Job: Business Manager - New & Used Cars

Location: Darlington

Salary: Basic Salary £26,000 - £30,000 (OTE Up To £50,000)

Full-Time and Permanent Position

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:30am-6:00pm, Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm

Our client, a reputable automotive dealership with a turnover of approximately £250 million and over 700 employees, is seeking an experienced Business Manager to join their sales team in Darlington. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a successful track record to contribute to the continued success of the dealership.

Requirements:

Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in car sales or financial services
Tenacious, enthusiastic, and personally responsible for team achievement
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Team player with a genuine interest in people
Strong desire to succeed
Ability to maximize sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional professionalism and customer satisfaction
Goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Minimum of 12 months successful track record in customer-facing, target-driven Business Sales Management
Valid UK driving license
