Title: Business System Analyst - Full Driving License
Location: Derbyshire
Salary: up to £38,000
A dynamic and fast paced company, who specialise in the public sector are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Business Intelligence team.
The role:
Responsible for analysing internal business requirements for a large-scale system solution throughout the full SDLC from concept through to implementation.
Working closely with 3rd party solution providers to identify system solution processes, system replacements, migrations, and upgrades.
Liaising with key stakeholders across several departments to understand user-requirements, map journeys, carry out GAP analysis and ETL processes and create storyboards.
Evaluate and document your findings comprehensively, make suggestions for improvements on functionality.
Collecting and Analysing Data for internal reports.
Visiting external sites
The ideal candidate will have:
Understanding of HR Systems
Waterfall / Agile Methodologies
Strong ability to relay technical information to non-technical individuals
Experience with Data analysis and Reporting tools
Experience with conducting UAT's
Experience with ETL and GAP Analysis
Understanding of large-scale system migrations and implementations will be beneficial but not essential
