We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a part time or freelance basis. We are flexible and willing to work with the candidate on their availability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, and be able to accurately manage and maintain financial records. This position requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks, and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Record financial transactions in the company's accounting system (predominantly Xero)
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
  • Advanced understanding of Xero Accounting System
