Job Description

Brook Street are looking for a Banking Specialist to assist our client within the Milton Keynes area.

You will be responsible for the transaction management of high value, high volume vehicle transactions and retailer banking facilities.

Job Title: Banking Specialist

Hours: 35hours pw, office hours. No weekends.

Pay: £13.03

Location: Milton Keynes

Contract until September

Main Responsibility/Experience Required

  • Daily management and maintenance of dealer funding and associated systems, such as SAP
  • Daily analysis and audit of Wholesale asset registration
  • Outgoing retailer/dealer enquiries by phone and e-mail
  • Responsible for the processing of all specific customer funding requests/administration within strict timescales
  • Requires attention to detail
  • If there are issues with the funding you need to be able to review, identify the error and rectify to ensure funding is completed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and knowledge of SAP essential
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and ability to use own initiative
  • Ability to demonstrate systematic thought process with a methodical and disciplined approach to work
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
