We would be excited to hear from you if you are an experienced middle leader with a proven track record of excellence in your subject specialism, or, are a current Assistant Principal seeking a new challenge, such as an ambition to have a greater influence in a large school.

As a developing or experienced senior leader, you would have access to excellent leadership development opportunities and support within the school and beyond as part of United Learning. This would include access to specialist expertise in United Learning; the national leadership development programmes; the sharing of best practice from, and in collaboration with, senior leaders across the United Learning national network; access to a leadership coach on a regular basis and supportive line management from an experienced senior leader.
