Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with our VP behaviour and Senior AP culture and climate to secure the highest standards of behaviour from students.
  • To ensure lessons at TRS remain disruption-free.
  • To ensure students conduct themselves in a respectful and positive way, wearing their uniform impeccably and with pride.
  • To ensure that students are in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing, securing corridors like ‘ghostships’ throughout the day.

We are seeking to appoint a forward thinking, dynamic and inspirational practitioner to join a highly committed and determined senior leadership team, to further shape, grow and embed our ambitious school improvement journey as we advance to becoming a high performing, fully inclusive, outstanding provider of education.

As a developing or experienced senior leader, you would have access to excellent leadership development opportunities and support within the school and beyond as part of United Learning. This would include access to specialist expertise in United Learning; the national leadership development programmes; the sharing of best practice from, and in collaboration with, senior leaders across the United Learning national network; access to a leadership coach on a regular basis and supportive line management from an experienced senior leader.
