£22,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending upon experience.
Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an HR Admin Assistant to join their team. The exciting and varied role will offer an opportunity to support the HR manager and the people team with all aspects of the HR role and functions.
To apply, you will need:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
To support the HR manager and our People team in all areas of HR administration
To assist with on-boarding, induction, off-boarding and other HR procedures and processes
To manage the recruitment email inbox
To help resolve HR related queries, escalating where appropriate
To assist in ensuring all employee records are up to date, whilst maintaining accurate databases including holiday and absence records
Assist in organising staff training both internally and externally, and assist in maintaining training records
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Good knowledge of employment law, policies, and procedures
To have the ability to use own initiative
To assist with other ad hoc duties as required
Desirable but no essential:
A qualification in HR, CIPD L3 (or working towards) or equivalent
