Job Description

Recra is working in partnership with a fantastic company that has experience in supplying electronic, scientific, motorsport, and commercial aerospace. Our client aims to build a close, trusting, and long-lasting relationship with the successful candidate who will join their team.

Roles/Responsibilities:
  • Sales ledger – raising sales invoices/credit control.
  • Bookkeeping (using Sage50 cloud accounts).
  • Purchase ledger – matching purchase invoice & payments.
  • Cashbook - includes some foreign currency.
  • Nominal ledger – Producing Monthly Management Accounts.
  • Producing Year End pack for External Accountant.
  • Quarterly VAT returns/VAT administration.
  • Monthly Payroll administration (using Sage 50 Payroll).
  • Running 2 Auto-enrolment company pension schemes.
  • Insurance management.
  • Staff Uniform ordering.
  • Organising annual employee health screening.
  • Maintaining Machinery service/repair records.
  • Basic knowledge of Import/Export requirements is required.
  • IT system management/liaison with IT consultants may be required.
