Recra is working in partnership with a fantastic company that has experience in supplying electronic, scientific, motorsport, and commercial aerospace. Our client aims to build a close, trusting, and long-lasting relationship with the successful candidate who will join their team.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Sales ledger – raising sales invoices/credit control.
- Bookkeeping (using Sage50 cloud accounts).
- Purchase ledger – matching purchase invoice & payments.
- Cashbook - includes some foreign currency.
- Nominal ledger – Producing Monthly Management Accounts.
- Producing Year End pack for External Accountant.
- Quarterly VAT returns/VAT administration.
- Monthly Payroll administration (using Sage 50 Payroll).
- Running 2 Auto-enrolment company pension schemes.
- Insurance management.
- Staff Uniform ordering.
- Organising annual employee health screening.
- Maintaining Machinery service/repair records.
- Basic knowledge of Import/Export requirements is required.
- IT system management/liaison with IT consultants may be required.
